Assignment was an expatriate based in the United Kingdom. Product is point to multipoint CDMA/spread spectrum technology based telephony bypass utilizing latest custom ASIC, processor and DSP technologies and OO software design. Successfully gained British Telecom acceptance of product leading to orders in excess of $90M. Instituted new methodologies for project/program performance tracking based on cycle time performance demonstrating time and cost to complete metrics. Produced a product future vision concept and program plan including a number of patents in this area of technology.

Resulted in initial sales in excess of $4.5M.
