The following is an attempt to create a checklist of things one would have to do/take prior to leaving on an Instructor Led event. The idea was to make sure we did not forget anything!
- Computer/laptop
- Files needed
- Slide machine (old school), Carousel
- Data projector – provided or not?
- Screen – provided or not?
- Amplified podium?
- Location and directions
- Contact information
- Lodging plan – any assistance?
- Travel plan – schedule / assist?
- Ground transportation
- Timing issues resolved
- Extension cords
- Laser pointer
- Packed Clothing
