By now you have all heard of the Internet of Things (IoT) or the Internet of Everything (IoE).  This term is not really new and there is an interesting history to the concept.  Different folks give varying definitions but they all share a common concept and that is that this wonderful connectivity highway we call the Internet will see more and more things connected impacting manufacturing, use, marketing, and so much more.

If you are interested in a little history of the concepts and the terminology, you can easily find details from our Internet History Timeline.  [You will have to create a free account to view the project]

Simply enter "IoT" in the Wiki search bar.

Enjoy!
