Hands On Advanced IPv6 2-Day public WBD

Hands On Advanced IPv6 2-Day public WBD

Everyone is migrating or planning to migrate their networks to IP version 6.   Our standard class covers all the basics.

The protocol has been around for many years, but those who have engaged it will tell you it is really very different from IPv4 in many ways other than just the address format.  This course is an excellent hands-on advanced study of the IPv6 protocol, beyond the addressing format, the changes in behavior, and dives deeper into the following:

To develop a "hands-on" skill set targeted at Advanced Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) networking in the following key areas:

What are the IPv6 Tunneling Options for transition and how do they work?
How does IPv6 integrate IPSec?
What are the details behind IPv6 Multicast and Anycast?
What are the changes in IPv6 for Mobility?
How is IPv6 used in MPLS Networking?

Attendees are required to attend with a laptop (Windows or MAC or Linux).

This course will be Web Based Delivery.  The requirements for Web Based Delivery courses are simple - each student will need a computer with an Internet connection, and a current web browser.
