Hi,
Many of you have asked for our documentation on VC instruction / content design and resource material. Please see the attached and share, as is appropriate, with your instructors.
I’m working on a friendlier version of this that will categorize the content by role (ex: account manager, content developer / designer, instructor). However, for now feel free to use this as a starting point. Highlights are on the “At a Glance” page. If you click on the TOC item it will take you to the details.
For those of you that received an earlier draft this version has updated verbiage for the MTM portion of the script along with a checklist utilized by observers during assessment.
