Course Description:

Network Troubleshooting Fundamentals for Technicians is a hands-on technical course that teaches learners how to systematically diagnose and resolve issues across Ethernet, IP, Wi-Fi, and VoIP networks. Participants gain foundational knowledge of network operation, explore essential protocols such as ARP, VLANs, STP, TCP/UDP, OSPF, and BGP, and learn how to identify and correct issues using tools like Wireshark, command-line utilities, scanning tools, and structured troubleshooting checklists. This course emphasizes evidence-based, layered-model problem solving—equipping technicians and engineers with the skills required to find root causes, optimize performance, and confidently troubleshoot wired and wireless environments.
