An ARP Protocol focus Profile for Wireshark

In an IPv4 and Ethernet network, the protocol that makes the two layers work together is ARP.  This awesome profile focuses on ARP analysis.

ARP protocol analysis is important in troubleshooting because it directly exposes how IP addresses are being resolved to physical (MAC) addresses at Layer 2, which is a prerequisite for almost all IPv4 communication on a local network. When ARP fails, higher-layer protocols can appear broken even though the real fault exists at the most fundamental level of host-to-host connectivity.
