VXLAN Profile for Wireshark

The CellStream Wireshark VXLAN Profile is designed to make VXLAN troubleshooting faster and easier by organizing the packet list around the fields that matter most in overlay networking. Instead of digging through nested headers, the profile helps expose the relationship between the underlay network, VXLAN tunnel, VNI, and encapsulated traffic so you can quickly see how packets move between VTEPs and the workloads they carry.

The profile is especially useful when analyzing VXLAN encapsulation, VTEP communication, VNI usage, inner versus outer IP addressing, UDP transport, and encapsulated Ethernet traffic. It is intended for engineers and technicians working with data-center fabrics, virtualized networks, overlays, or any environment where VXLAN adds another layer of complexity to packet analysis.

With purpose-built columns and filters, this profile helps you spend less time expanding protocol trees and more time answering the real troubleshooting question: is the problem in the underlay, the VXLAN tunnel, or the traffic inside it?
